Partnerships
Western City Briefing considers partnerships that fit its focus on western city geography and urban form while keeping the distinction between editorial work and paid placement clear.
Suitable collaborations
We consider relevant educational, cultural and place-focused collaborations, including clearly identified partner links or placements across the site. A proposal should explain the subject, audience, proposed format and any destinations a placement would point readers toward.
Clear labels, editorial independence
Partner material and paid placements are labelled plainly wherever they appear. Partners do not choose independent editorial coverage or control its conclusions. We may decline work that is misleading, unrelated to the publication or difficult to distinguish from editorial material.

Use the Contact page and choose the partnership option. Include a concise outline of the proposal and the kind of placement or collaboration you have in mind. No placement or endorsement is implied by making an enquiry.
A city is a pattern you can learn to read.
We follow the clues in streets, edges and shared spaces, making urban geography clear without losing the details that make each place distinct.
